Contact Mortgage Broker Parramatta

Call us, or use the form. We work out the thing you actually need: a borrowing estimate, a scheme check, or a building assessment on a specific address.

The lender pays us a commission if a loan settles, and we disclose that in our Credit Guide before anything is lodged.

Ask us where you stand

Tell us what you are trying to do and we will tell you where you stand.

What Is Useful to Have Ready

None of this is needed to talk to us. It is simply what makes the first conversation about your Parramatta purchase a useful one rather than a general one, and most of it you already have.

  1. Roughly what you earn

Payslips if you are employed, or your last one or two tax returns if you work for yourself. A ballpark figure is enough to start with; the documents matter later.

  2. What you have saved, and what you owe

Your deposit figure, and your credit card limits, car loan and any buy-now-pay-later accounts. Limits count against you at the limit rather than the balance, which surprises people.

  3. The address, if there is one

On an apartment this is the important one. A Parramatta address and a floor plan let us run the building across the lender panel and tell you what deposit it actually needs.

  4. Your visa subclass, if it applies

The subclass number changes the deposit, the surcharges and whether FIRB approval is involved. It is the single detail that most changes the answer, so it is worth having to hand.

We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Most of the work happens by phone and email and documents are signed electronically, so nothing here requires you to lose a morning to an appointment.
