Everything on this website is general information. It does not take your objectives, financial situation or needs into account, and it is not a recommendation of any credit product. Before acting on anything here, consider whether it is appropriate for your circumstances, and talk to us, because assessing that properly is exactly the service we provide.

No Guarantee of Approval

Lending decisions belong to lenders. Nothing on this site or in our service guarantees that any application will be approved, that any scheme place will be available, or that any figure quoted here still stands when you apply. Scheme caps, lender policy and regulatory settings change; we re-verify what matters for your file at the time of application.

Our Service

We provide credit assistance: assessing your situation, comparing loans across our lender panel, and arranging applications you authorise. Before we act you will receive our Credit Guide, and before anything is lodged, a Credit Proposal Disclosure setting out the commission the lender will pay us. You pay us no fee.

Credit assistance in Australia is provided under an Australian Credit Licence or as a credit representative authorised under one. Ask us for our licence details and the licensee they sit under, and we will give you both so you can check us on the ASIC register.

Complaints

If something goes wrong, tell us first. We take complaints directly and respond within 30 days. Credit licensees and their representatives must belong to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority, a free external dispute resolution scheme; our membership details will be published with our licence information.
